About

Hi, I'm Kelly. I help people live in rhythm.

Sustainable wellness isn't louder discipline. It's better design.

I spent years collecting wellness frameworks — meal plans, morning routines, productivity systems — and watching them slowly fall apart against the friction of a real life. The problem was never willpower. It was that every framework was built for someone else's body, kitchen, household, and nervous system.

Cadence & Candor exists because the people I work with don't need more information. They need a rhythm — one designed around the way they actually live, eat, work, and recover.

That's the whole job. Clarify what's already happening. Design the cadence that fits. Build the environment so the next right thing becomes the easiest thing. Then stay close while it becomes identity.

What I believe

The principles behind every session

Rhythm beats routine

Routines are rigid. Rhythms breathe with the season, the cycle, the week.

Environment is destiny

What's visible gets eaten. What's invisible gets ignored. We design the room.

Joy is the integrity test

If a plan removes pleasure, it won't last. Joy isn't a reward — it's a load-bearing wall.

Identity, not effort

Sustainable change happens when behavior matches who you already are.
